Report content

You, or someone acting for you, can ask us to remove it. In the app, open the photo, tap …, then Report, and choose “Intimate image of me”. Or email support@ruhview.com with:

• your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough);
• a link to the image, or a description of where it is on Ruh;
• a brief statement that you believe in good faith the image was published without your consent, with anything that helps us confirm that;
• how we can contact you.

Within 48 hours of a valid request we remove the image and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies of it on Ruh, as the law requires.

If you see content on Ruh that sexually exploits a child, report it in the app (choose “Involves a child”) or email support@ruhview.com with a link to it. Do not send us the image or a copy of it. You can also report it directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org.

We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as US law requires.
